Animate. Anything. As soon as possible.

ASAP is an in-house banner production tool to bring designs to life.
Feed a Figma or PSD layout, add motion, combine video, Lottie and graphics, and deliver every format as soon as possible.

Direct control over animation timing, interactive behaviour and delivery assets. Start visually, refine the timeline, and open the code whenever a banner needs more.

01 · Formats

Design once. Refine every format.

Multiple banner sizes and creative sujets live in one project. Set a master, sync artwork with proportional fitting or a suggested layout, and copy motion between formats by matching layers. The All sizes overview plays every format side by side, so the campaign reads as a set.

02 · Figma & Photoshop

Bring the Figma and Photoshop work along.

Export a frame with the companion Figma plugin, or open a layered PSD. Positioned layers arrive as reusable artwork, vectors stay sharp, and the source is remembered. When the design changes, update from a fresh bundle or PSD: matching artwork refreshes while placement, layer order and animation stay intact.

03 · Motion

Motion you can see and control.

Entrances, exits and emphasis on a visual timeline, with draggable tween blocks and easing curve previews. Reveal text word-by-word or artwork region-by-region, nest and loop compositions, and place Stop or JavaScript markers on an actions track. The code is always one click away. Or describe the motion, review an AI-generated plan, and apply it as one undoable step.

04 · Video & Lottie

Video, Lottie and graphics on one timeline.

MP4 footage with SVGs, text and calls to action layered above it. Lottie and dotLottie animations come in as crisp vector assets. Both play, pause and scrub with the timeline, and can hold the last frame, loop or hide at the end. Footage can be embedded or stay linked for a lighter project file.

05 · Shapes, masks & crops

Depth and fades.

Shapes, direct SVG point editing, and images in containers with cover, contain or custom crops. Layers and groups masked with vector shapes or directional gradient fades.

06 · Interactions

Banners that respond.

Hover, click and double-click triggers on any object or group: animate, show or hide, play, pause, reverse or seek a timeline, or open a named ClickTag. Pointer parallax with per-layer depth, all testable in interactive preview.

07 · Effects

Rain, shimmer, shine.

Rain, heat shimmer, shine or particles on the canvas or a single layer, tuned for timing, intensity, density, colour and fades. The same runtime ships in the export.

08 · Delivery

Ready to traffic.

One or many formats for General HTML5, Google, Adform or IAB, as a flat folder or inline HTML, fixed size or responsive fit. Text can be outlined so the delivery needs no font files.

09 · File size

Lighter by design.

JPG, PNG, WebP or SVG per layer, quality and resolution, images cropped to their animated bounds and spritesheets when they’re smaller. Bytes per layer are visible before delivery, with an optional ImageOptim pass.

10 · Project

One campaign, one file.

Layouts, sizes, sujets, assets, animation, interactions and export settings saved together. Recovery drafts protect unsaved work, and every edit can be undone.

11 · Responsive

Sitebars that fit.

Responsive Sitebar XL banners from one reference canvas. Each layer anchors and scales independently, checked in a resizable preview or a website mockup.

12 · Video & GIF output

One source, more outputs.

Any format rendered as MP4 or animated GIF at a chosen duration and frame rate, for social posts or as a fallback.

13 · Faster authoring

Animate by moving things.

With Auto Record on, moving, scaling, rotating or fading a layer at the playhead writes the motion. Smooth transitions, Shift snapping, rulers and guides keep it tidy.

A simple workflow

  1. 1ImportFigma artwork, PSDs, images, text, Lottie or video.
  2. 2ComposeArrange layers and refine each banner size.
  3. 3AnimateSequence motion, add interaction and check playback.
  4. 4ExportChoose the target and prepare the delivery package.

Under the hood

Does everything stay editable?

Yes. Layer layout, animation, editable text and settings stay editable in the project. Figma groups come in as animatable artwork rather than native Figma contents, and text outlining only happens in the export.

What happens when the design changes?

A fresh Figma bundle or a re-saved PSD updates the existing import. Matching artwork refreshes and keeps its placement, layer order and animation. It’s a controlled update, not a live connection.

Which Photoshop and Lottie files work?

8-bit RGB PSDs up to 60 MB and 200 image layers; solid shapes and SVG Smart Objects stay vector. Lottie .json and dotLottie files up to 20 MB with embedded images; exports bundle a local player, so banners load nothing from the web.

Is AI required?

No. The visual timeline, presets and code editor work without it. Describe motion is an optional helper that sends descriptions and layer metadata, never artwork or video.

Is it ready for every ad network?

It includes target-specific exports for General HTML5, Google, Adform and IAB. Each campaign is still checked against the publisher’s weight, duration, video and click requirements before delivery.
